Nostro Markets LTD provides instruments for foreign currency trading and other financial markets, access to trading accounts, analytical instruments, training, educational materials, and other services for advanced traders.
Customer Representations
3.1
The Customer acknowledges:
Nostro Markets LTD's services are not considered investment services or activities.
Employees of Nostro Markets LTD are not authorized to provide investment advice.
Trading funds provided are not real, and Nostro Markets LTD does not manage customer funds.
Nostro Markets LTD Account
4.1
Nostro Markets LTD will provide a trading account for advanced users, activated by the first trade.
4.2
Access to the Nostro Markets LTD Account is protected by login data provided in the Client Section.
4.3
The Customer shall not share login data and is liable for unauthorized disclosure.
4.4
Nostro Markets LTD will provide a trading account for advanced users, activated by the first trade.
4.5
The Customer is responsible for all activities carried out using the Nostro Markets LTD Account.
4.6
Regularly changing login data and ensuring security is the Customer's responsibility.
Trading Practices
5.1
Customers agree to conduct trades using the provided trading account and partner brokers.
5.2
Forbidden Trading Practices:
Manipulating the price of financial instruments.
Exploiting errors in the price
Using automated trading software
Sharing trading signals or strategies.
5.3
Nostro Markets LTD reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if forbidden trading practices are detected.
Processing Demo Trades Data
6.1
Nostro Markets LTD may process and analyze data related to demo trades to improve Services.
Reward
7.1
Customers may be eligible for a Reward based on trading activity, as determined by Nostro Markets LTD.
7.2
The calculation and distribution of Rewards are at the sole discretion of Nostro Markets LTD.
Accounts, Passwords, and Security
9.1
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account login information.
9.2
Notify Nostro Markets LTD immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Nostro Markets LTD is not liable for any loss or damage from the Customer's failure to comply with security obligations.

Traders must maintain a monthly profitability rate with a variance of no more than 20% between the most and least profitable months.
Risk Management

Maximum Risk Limit: Each trade must risk no more than 2% of the total account balance.

Enforcement and Compliance: Regular audits ensure compliance. Non-compliance can result in warnings, suspension, or termination.
Leverage and Exposure

Standard Leverage Limits: Set to 1:100 leverage for standard accounts, 1:30 for instant funding accounts.

Prohibited Behaviors: Erratic trading and gambling behaviors will result in immediate suspension and revocation of profits.

Tiered Penalty System:
First Level: Warnings for initial minor infractions.
Second Level: Temporary suspensions for repeated or severe violations.
Third Level: Termination for ongoing non-compliance or serious breaches.
Fourth Level: Permanent disqualification for extremely serious breaches.
Right to Review and Suspend Trading Accounts
